Dr.Amy Vogel
Amy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina. She has worked in the mental health field as a crisis counselor on the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and holds specialized certifications as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified in Thanatology (death education and counseling), and Certified in Veteran and Military Mental Health.

Amy works with adults experiencing mood disorders, adjustment-related concerns, trauma-related disorders, anxiety, parenting challenges, and crisis situations. She is also certified in working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating suicide grief and loss.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Amy draws on evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems theory, to support healing, resilience, and growth.

Amy is an active member of the American Counseling Association, the Association for Death Education and Counseling, and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in Dance Performance from Ball State University and graduated summa cum laude with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. Amy also completed her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of the Cumberlands.
