
Sarah is pursuing her Master of Arts in Counseling at Dallas Theological Seminary and is completing her supervised practicum and internship under Dr. Amy Vogel, LMHC.
She is currently accepting new clients at a reduced rate.

Sarah believes healing and growth happen best when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. Her goal is to provide a warm, collaborative counseling environment where clients can safely explore their challenges and work toward meaningful change.
She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counseling at Dallas Theological Seminary. Prior to counseling, Sarah spent years working with children, adolescents, and families through mentoring and community-based programs. These experiences allowed her to witness both the struggles and resilience of individuals and families, sparking a passion for helping people navigate life's challenges with hope and purpose.
Sarah enjoys working with children, teens, young adults, and families. She has a special interest in helping family members strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and build healthier relationships. She also welcomes the opportunity to work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief, stress, life transitions, and the many challenges that life can bring.
Sarah's counseling approach combines person-centered care with evidence-based practices and is tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. Consistent with her training at Dallas Theological Seminary, she values caring for the whole person and, when desired by the client, welcomes the integration of faith into the counseling process.
Sarah is accepting new clients and works under the supervision of Dr. Amy Vogel, PhD, LMHC (FL), LPC (SC), NCC, CT, CCTP.
